The 6000 sf facility involved the consolidation of four distinct operations within the Cleveland Clinic to improve the efﬁciency of the onboarding process for new staff and caregivers. The consolidation included the Occupational Health Clinical area for exams and testing of new employees, ofﬁces for acquisition of new talent, and the badging and parking ofﬁces for the enterprise. The clinical area included 9 new exam rooms, a mental health therapy suite, waiting and reception, and drug testing and biodex components. Talent Acquistion consisted of open ofﬁce areas, waiting, and conference area. The project was a renovation of an existng dining/cafeteria area at the Cleveland Clinic administrative campus.
