CITY OF CLEVELAND NEW KENNEL FACILITY AND VETERINARY CLINIC

About this Project:

Metropolitan Architecture Studio in association with Richard L. Bowen and Associates, designed the new 23,000 square foot City of Cleveland Kennel Facility.

Designed according to state of the art treatment for animals, the facility will house 150 dogs, 100 cats, a veterinary facility and clinic for spading and neutering, administrative and lobby area, volunteer services area, garage, and adoptive area for the public. MAS was responsible for programming, schematic design and planning, and interior design. This highly successful project, with innovative planning ideas will set the standard for kennel facilities nationwide. The building is designed to face the surrounding neighborhood park and playfields, and integrates a neighborhood dog park and Towpath Trail into the site. Project Cost: 6 million
