About this Project:
Metropolitan Architecture Studio has coordinated the renovations and additions of dozens of cottages and apartments at this Senior Living community located in Oberlin, Ohio since 2015. Cottages and apartments include studios, one bedroom, two bedroom, one bed and den, and two bed and den units. Additionally, MAS has designed and coordinated construction of numerous garages, carports, and lots to fit into the beautiful landscape of Kendal, which boasts of acres of natural landscape and a stunning arboretum.
