About this Project:
Metropolitan Architecture Studio is designing a new cottage neighborhood to complete the second phase of a townhome development completed in 2011. Single family cottage homes, approximately 1600 sf each are planned to integrate into the existing neighborhood. Multiple massing/elevations with open 2 bedroom, 2 bath plans. On a compact site, in an inner ring suburb of Cleveland, the neighborhood is designed as a walkable community, located within walking distance of neighborhood services. Front porches, intimate setbacks, and traditional forms create a community that is sympathetic with the beauty and character of the historic garden suburb of Cleveland Heights, Ohio.
